Depression Isn’t Weakness
Depression is not laziness, drama, or weakness. it is a real mental health condition that affects energy, motivation, sleep, focus, and hope.
Many people with depression still go to work, smile, and “function,” but inside they feel exhausted and empty. some people feel sad. others feel numb, irritated, or disconnected.
What helps most people is a mix of support and structure:
- talk to a professional or trusted doctor
- keep a basic routine (sleep, food, movement)
- do small tasks daily, even if you do not feel like it
- stay connected to one person instead of isolating
You do not need to “snap out of it.” you need the right support and a realistic plan.
